Graham Barr has dedicated the last twenty seven years to Christian ministry in Surrey, BC., Canada.
Located in the Greater Vancouver area Surrey is the fastest growing city in Canada today. 
It represents one of the most diverse ethnic mixtures in all of Canada, and with that diversity shows itself as the perfect launch pad and base of Canada for Christ.
